In my role, I led the revitalisation of The Smith Family's Philanthropy web pages, ensuring their aesthetic alignment with our brand guidelines and optimising them for WCAG accessibility. This comprehensive refresh delivered tangible results, boosting web traffic by 30% and donations by 20%, thereby cultivating a more engaging experience for our philanthropic audience. As part of this initiative, I also managed and produced professional in-house headshots of key senior members for the pages. Analytics confirmed the immediate impact of these visuals, directly correlating with two $50,000+ donations from Major Donors within three weeks.
